Buy student slots in blocks when your roster is small or occasional, or move to a flat monthly subscription for unlimited client management once your teaching scales. The Skills Partner programme connects skilled producers and engineers with Mix Lock's client feedback work. We manage the client relationships and payment. You focus on the listening. Commission per session, no overhead, no self-promotion required.

There are two ways to licence Mix Lock for your students. Choose the model that fits how you teach. You can switch between them — it is part of the application conversation.
Pay for students in fixed blocks. Slots don't expire — you control who uses them and when.
Purchase a block of student licence slots upfront. Each slot covers one student for their time with you. When a student finishes, the slot returns to your pool — ready to assign to the next person. No recurring charges. No seat wasted.
Flat monthly fee. Add and remove clients freely — no counting, no topping up, no cap.
A single recurring subscription covers your entire active client base — however many students you have at any given time. Onboard a new cohort, remove a student who has finished — all included. No per-seat charges, no blocks to manage. Priced per conversation based on your teaching scale.
Prices for both models are agreed during the application conversation — not listed publicly, because the right number depends on who you are and the scale you teach at. Apply below and we will work it out together.
The partnership is formalised. In exchange for the educator licence and affiliate rewards, Educator Partners commit to a minimum of two posts per month about Mix Lock across their active channels — with content agreed and reviewed. This is not optional — it is part of the contract. The reward structure grows in proportion to the promotion output.
Affiliate commission is paid on every sale traceable to your promotion. Your licence model scales with you — start on client blocks if your roster is smaller, move to the monthly unlimited subscription when the numbers make it worth it. As your student numbers and promotion output grow, your per-student cost decreases and your commission rate increases. The more you push, the better the economics.
When a client submits a track for feedback, we route it to the most suitable Skills Partner based on genre and expertise. You receive a brief, listen using the Mix Lock framework, and return a structured written report. We handle all client communication, delivery, and payment. You receive your commission once the session is completed and signed off.
Commission rate is agreed at onboarding and is based on experience and track record. Sessions are paid per delivery — not hourly. There is no minimum commitment and no exclusivity requirement. You can take on as many or as few sessions as your schedule allows.
This programme is not designed to extract free promotion from people and call it a partnership. It is designed to create a structure where the people who have a genuine stake in Mix Lock's success are compensated in proportion to the results they generate.
For Educator Partners: every student you bring in, every post you publish, every YouTube video that mentions Mix Lock — that directly builds your affiliate earnings and improves your licence terms. The contract is designed to grow with you.
For Skills Partners: as your feedback quality proves itself through client retention and repeat submissions, your commission rate increases and your session allocation grows. The best feedback providers get the most work.
